Jamie, who is starting to make a name for himself as a snowboarder and adventurer, and Aaron, a skilled documentary film maker looking to get an insiders view of the snowboarding industry, have collaborated to make The Winter Project, which is aimed at being a documentary film with a difference.

The Winter Project will take the audience closer to the story than ever before, following Jamie as he searches out the shots and sequences that will define his season. Aaron will be showcasing everything from getting partners on board right through to sending the film to the distributors. This film is not just a documentary about a sport, it covers the story of the athlete and what it takes to aim high.

The film will go into production in November 2011 and should be ready for distribution in late October 2012. It will be available globally through the project’s websites and social media channels, and for those who live in the UK and Europe, you should be able to watch the documentary on sky channel 281, which has an approximate viewer catchment of 32million.
